This policy explains how Meeting Minute Bot handles personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
1. Data we collect
We deliberately collect only what is essential to run the service:
- Account email address (team leads).
- WhatsApp phone numbers (team lead and team members).
- Meeting content you submit (voice notes, text, and the generated minutes).
2. How we use your data
Your data is used solely to transcribe messages, generate meeting minutes, and deliver them back to you and your team members. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
3. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is controlled by row-level security so each team lead can only access their own meetings and team members.
4. Data retention and deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from your Profile page, or by contacting an administrator. When an account is deleted, all related meetings, team members, and logs are permanently purged and a deletion audit entry is recorded.
5. Your rights
Under RA 10173 you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to rectify, to erasure or blocking, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through your account administrator.
6. Consent
By creating an account and submitting content, you consent to the processing of personal data as described in this policy. Example data used in this app (e.g. "Juan dela Cruz", "+639171234567") is fictional.
